More Charges in I-75 Crash that Killed Two on Sunday

State police say they have added charges to the man who they say was driving drunk when he caused a crash on Sunday night that left two people dead. 56-year-old Bryan Mangan was charged with nine counts of wanton endangerment and driving without a license/negligence in accident. He was already charged with a DUI. Police say he hit a guardrail in the northbound lane and other vehicles. Two of those people got out of their vehicles and were hit by another vehicle. 22-year-old Meredith Buscher of Richmond and 30-year-old Jeffrey Campbell of Louisville died from injuries after they were hit. Police are still investigating.
